Modern compact house architecture design ideas for the Schipper family in the Matterhornlaan in Venray forms piece of an infill plan designed by JSA (Jeroen Schipper Architecten Bv) located in the Veltum neighborhood that involves adding together 6 original plots at the end of the road. To the south, the house property borders on the grounds of an existing residence and to the west and the north, innovative homes have been built. The eastern side of this contemporary home property is not built up. This side also presents an attractive beautiful environment view of an adjoining wood. Based on the constraints compulsory with the location, a house patio model has been developed in which the house gives its own privacy whereas at the same time full advantage is taken of the unimpeded view. In the patio area the ‘inner skin’ of the residence is opened up as much as likely, allowing a view of both the inner home green garden and the bordering countryside from every one of rooms. In contrast, the ‘outer skin’ of the home has a closed style and is constructed from variegated red color schemes brick with the occasional opening at strategic points. via
