Renovation Existing Periodontal Practice Building

The JSA (Jeroen Schipper Architecten BV) customer’s wanted a new modern large scale renovation and upgrading design building of an existing periodontal practice in the post-war Kanaleneil and neighborhood located in Utrecht, Netherlands. The alterations generally involve the interior and three openings in the minimalist exterior walls. A construction design central space that forms the original heart of the practice not only gives access to every the functional rooms but also serves as a comfortable waiting room for guests. The periodontal practice boundaries of the room are formed by pieces of contemporary furniture and wall components which incorporate the supporting facilities. Around the main building hall entrance the some modern service rooms are positioned as pieces of unique furniture element and decorative wall components.
