The modern office architecture design is created for West Development Group Company designed by famous Sander Architects. The Santa Monica Office building is built-up in about 1700 sq. ft. area and can be found in Santa Monica, California. Absolutely, this is creative commercial office building design that finished in 2005. This office is a TI architectural project planned to take high design to the comfortable offices of a design-savvy developer in an otherwise ordinary, “bank-on-the-ground-floor” construction. The office has radical but functional design is purposed to distinguishing the customer from others in the field.
The fist design act involved the innovative office ceiling. The architect removed the suspended grid tiles, revealing an 11-foot height. Sander Architects painted this a deep blue or black color schemes and hung criss-crossing low-voltage lights at nine feet to make a collection of lights, random enough to be irregular but cautiously placed to illuminate working surfaces.
Santa Monica Office, is a Blood red, angle-sided metal panels run the length of the ceiling of the contemporary main hallway, the route taken by customers to the modern conference room. An office wall of dark red cabinets in the main room and above the copiers and file cabinets pull the color from the ceiling panels into the working room.
The private offices were separated from the main room by a curving green glass wall (see red line in detail at left) to give sound privacy. Eight foot tall raw steel walls divide every private office (bent to accommodate filing cabinets and welded with shelving). The Santa Monica Office design structure similar steel wraps structural columns was used in the custom designed glass topped steel desks and custom bookshelves furniture in the conference room.
