The innovative house project designed by Castelino & Marchese Architects called Murugappan House can be found in colonial home. The project almost use cost about 40,000 USD and located in Teynampet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The perfect interiors and landscaping of royally residence has been newly renovated and remodeled in maintenance through its tradition approach. The large open spaces design is wonderful for enjoyable guests – flow onto a stunning essential patio with gorgeous Zen garden, by means of a comfortable casual family room at one end ornamental the solitude of this large house. The unique terrazzo tile floors was not in a high-quality form and has been replaced with a cozy ochre natural stone in the elegant living room leading onto a delightful garden, roomy open plan kitchen and family space. The guest bedrooms are completed in traditional IPS flooring.

The Murugappan House part of first floor was transformed into an innovative roof terrace and lounging verandahs improved with a planned landscaping and post –customary and contemporary Lounge and create this the perfect sitting room and chill out. The home presently has five spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms, formal and informal living room; a large dining room that looks with two large windows into the Zen Garden open to sky .The home garden area also has a cool swimming pool design at one end with a modern gym space.
