The Ixtapa house is one of the minimalist modern home architecture design built on a private beach beautiful natural views on the Pacific Ocean coastline and was planned to celebrate its extraordinary place. The traditional Mexican beach-house architectural design is constructed with a number of wooden columns which take a high palapa roof. This unique Ixtapa home design allows the sea breeze to pass through the palapa and ventilate the room in this hot and humid climate. The luxury Ixtapa house design adopts the vernacular typology and the comfortable living room interior design is thus a semi-open space shaded by the roof. The stunning house decorating idea is accessed with an innovative narrow entrance connecting these two supporting volumes. Here the classical home design structural tripartite floor-wall-ceiling is dissolved into one single gesture that embraces room.
