The modern condominium architecture designed by Sadar Vuga Arhitekti is a two-floor apartment building with 15 unique customized units, a common minimalist entrance lobby design, a contemporary interior winter garden and a sustainable exterior summer atrium. Designed for their clien NOve Mesto, this building architectural is located in Trnovski Pristan, Ljubljana, Slovenia. Its condominium basic volume is agitated, partitioned and non-monolithic allocating for best illumination of every apartments as well as a relationship of the interior rooms through the exterior decorating with green terraces designs, consoled house balconies and winter gardens. A great composition of pixel-like, multi-colored ceramic tiles material and pre-dimensioned black color schemes metal frames link the windows and balconies realized in orange wood.

The Condominium Trnovski Pristan large window design openings interconnect among themselves, fragmenting the volume of the building by creating what appears to be a heavy structural framework building plan. Among this heavy structures composed of window frames, a light membrane of ‘pixellated’ ceramic tiles are stretched.
