The big architecture project development named Guest House for a Multi-National Firm is designed by Tushar Desai Associates + Jagdish Jani Associates is located in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, India. The kind of ultra modern guest house is using about 4 Acres site area and 50,000 sf for Built-Up area. Designed for the client Riverbay Resorts, this building has so many rooms.
The architecture design revolved around making ‘our space’ and ‘my space’ and systematically segregating and integrating ‘our space’ and ‘my space’ to make multiplicity of spatial experiences and drawing terminology. Patio or called courtyard is one more building block expansively used to make ‘our space’ and ‘my space’ sense. At higher level in the homes the patio takes the form of a terrace.
Three is available chalet units which is combining to form a home entrance court and two chalet blocks unite to make a fun barbecue court. Correspondingly for comfortable guest room, four blocks merge to make a door court. A contemporary design of terrace over the squash court opens on to the outside sport bench. The earth pitching is planned to support waterways that are intended vertical to the main axis and thereby making four island s and physically separating the place into Chalet; Common areas, Guest rooms and also outdoor courts.
The water habits are bridged to connect the ordinary amenity quarter to the chalet and guest room, fabric roofing additional accentuating the relationship. The service room and the hospitality staff amenity space form the entrance gate to the complex. The fabric roof relating the two blocks frames the entry to the multifaceted.
