The contemporary architecture single family residence is designed by Bercy Chen Studio LLP located in Austin, Texas. luxury and ancient house remodeling architecture design become modern home in the indoor (interior) and outdoor (exterior) decorating themes. Called Beverly Skyline Hill Residence completed in 2006. Due to the poor situation of the home with respect to the site, a great motivation of the architectural design was to reconnect the residence with its site with utilizing the steep topography to capture the expansive views. To completely enjoy the reclaimed views, the Beverly Skyline house is wrapped by contemporary exterior decks with glass railings.

In the spirit of reclaiming value, recycled architecture materials are employed at every likely opportunity. The wooden home front facade of the dwelling is comprised of recycled glass blocks, which were provided by the owner. The Beverly Skyline Hill home design project plan also creates extensive use of harvested rainwater stored in pools and reservoirs to re-connect the residence with its site. The water system lends a sense of drama to the intervention. A series of cascading ponds serve as part of the rainwater collection system on the utilitarian level. On an aesthetic level, it presents a peaceful transition among the house landscape and the built form.
