This architectural building design (housing) ideas is designed by Sadar Vuga Arhitekti for his clients Begrad, Novo Mesto. The contemporary condominium architecture plan named Trnovski Pristan is a two-floor modern apartment construction with 15 customized units, a ordinary innovative house entrance lobby, an comfortable interior winter garden decorating combine with an home exterior summer atrium. Its basic condominium volume is agitated, partitioned and non-monolithic allowing for most favorable illumination of every apartments as well as a connection of the interior room with the exterior with modern green terraces, consoled home balconies and winter gardens. A condominium composition of pixel-like, multi-colored ceramic tiles and pre-dimensioned black metal frames link the windows and balconies realized in orange wood.

These condominiums consist of large window openings interconnect among themselves, fragmenting the volume of the house by making what appears to be a heavy structural framework. Between this a heavy structure composed of window frames, a light membrane of “pixellated” ceramic tiles is stretched.
