The modern office commercial building architecture project Blaas designed by monovolume architecture + design is the fruit of a singular focus to the customer wants, the context and the utilization. For the Blaas development located in Bozen, Italy, a trading firm for the solid structure, a contained architecture in fair faced concrete and glass gives maximum prominence and visibility to the displayed items. The office main materials used in these projects are concrete for the structure and glass for the facade. The construction with a full glass facade extending across 2 floors resembles a showcase. A contemporary balcony extending around 5 meters serves as a canopy for the client entrance and also as an employee outdoor area for special workshop activities.
The Blass architecture design entrance area features an inviting free standing stairway with an organic stairway opening and a skylight above. This skylight allows excellent two-sided illumination of the creative office work places. The massive office decor construction style present enough thermal mass to allow the construction to absorb heat during the day and to release it during the night.
