Rustic modern building architectural house dwelling design idea designed by A-cero has interesting focal point that the contemporary dwelling molded through relationship between indoor and outdoor space. Located in Avila – Spain, this modern house surrounded with meadows, tree groves, chestnut, pine and oak trees and wildlife inhabited through stags, wild boar and roe deer, the residence establishes a recognized link through the traditional interior architecture and vernacular customs. The Avila dwelling architectures principal wing homes the small minimalist living rooms, contemporary dining room interior, comfortable TV room and fun kid’s playrooms. In the east wing is the mini kitchen, clean laundry room decor and cellar and in the west wing the master bedroom. Semi-independent innovative pavilions home the installations, riding facilities, stables and the guardians’ dwelling. Two immense awnings frame the beautiful natural landscape. With an apt play of symmetries visual perspectives are created. A painstaking study of the light allows it to come in through courtyards, grooves, windows, skylights and house facade openings. The home courtyards design helped the practice to minimize the conditions of the extreme climate season, give color, freshness and hold the ponds that reflect the “serenity and musicality” of the water.
